Project files, site documentation, and network diagrams are held under strict confidentiality and retained for a maximum of seven years from project completion.

How We Use Your Information

All collected data is used exclusively to plan, execute, and invoice your workspace project. We do not use your information for marketing without explicit consent.

Terms of Service

All engagements with Mendoza Technical Setup are governed by a written Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon prior to project commencement.

Services Provided

Technical Workspace Layout — Designing the technical floor plan for offices or studios, including placement of power, data points, and workstation configuration.
Hardware & Systems Integration — Professional setup of office hardware, including local networks, conferencing systems, and shared technical resources.
Infrastructure Readiness Audit — A pre-move technical inspection to verify that existing utilities and connectivity can support your business operations.
Technical Project Oversight — Coordinating with contractors to ensure the workspace is built out according to the technical plan.

Pricing & Agreements

Listed rates are starting prices. Final pricing is fixed in your individual SOW. No work begins until a signed SOW is in place.

Warranty

Mendoza Grid warrants its workmanship for 90 days from project hand-off.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for site access, building permits where applicable, and timely supply of contracted hardware.

Governing Law

Disputes are resolved under the laws of the State of Colorado.

Refund Policy

Mendoza Technical Setup is committed to delivering quality results. Our refund policy reflects the nature of professional technical services.

Deposits

Audit and layout deposits are refundable in full prior to the scheduled site visit, provided cancellation is communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

In-Progress Work

Once on-site work has begun, fees are billed against work completed and are non-refundable for completed milestones.

Hardware & Integration

Hardware and integration setups are refundable only for verifiable defects in workmanship reported within 14 days of project hand-off.

Remediation First

Mendoza Grid will always attempt remediation before any refund is processed.
